Tastatus app for iPhone and iPad

Tastatus is a task management/reporting application. You will need to run the Tastatus backend server in order to work with this client. The Tastatus backend server is customizable to integrate tasks from 3rd party servers such as but not limited to Exchange, sharepoint list, MS Project Server, BMC Remedy Middle Tier, IBM Rational ClearQuest system, or basically any systems with APIs.

Tastatus client with the proper backend server provides the following features:

- Allow end users to submit and track service requests
- View and manage tasks for support personnels
- View and manage tasks for the team
- View status updates for the service requests
- Allow team collaboration
- Push notifications for reminders

Roles:
End user - uses this application to submit service requests. End users will be able to track all the requests in one location. Push notifications (if implemented) will be sent to end users when service requests are completed. End users can also use the "News" feature to get up to date information regarding their requests.

Support Personnel - uses this application to prioritize tasks and keeps customers up-to-date with latest information. Support personnel can also use this application to collaborate with other team members. Push notifications (if implemented) can be used to remind support personnel of breached service requests for organizations supporting SLA (service level agreements).

Support Manager - uses this application to ensure the team is working on the right tasks at the right time. Support manager can also use this application to manage resource allocation.
